Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy We aim to provide a professional, respectful, and reliable experience for all clients. Please review the booking policy below to understand how appointments are managed. 1. Booking Appointments All appointments must be booked through our online booking platform, accessible via our website. Sessions are confirmed upon booking, and payment is due after the session. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee, as this time has been reserved specifically for you. No-Shows & Late Arrivals If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and fail to provide notice, the full session fee will apply. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients’ appointments. The full fee will still be charged. 3. Payment Payment is due after each session and can be made via: Credit card E-transfer Instructions will be provided following your appointment. 4. Reminders A courtesy email reminder will be sent 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. Please ensure your contact information is up to date when booking. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy ensures fairness and respect for both your time and ours.
